Review of Present Operation: Streetbuild will familiarise itself with the client’s current operational requirements to ensure the best possible outcomes are achieved at each stage and to identify any opportunities for improvements and cost savings.

Design Criteria: Streetbuild will establish the design criteria on which to base the construction/refurbishment programme. We believe it is vital that client requirements relating to ongoing trading/operations are determined, considered and documented at this point.

Concept Design: If required, Streetbuild will identify alternative floor layouts, equipment options, finishes, identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings and prepare budget costs, specifications and drawings in sufficient detail to clearly depict those concepts worthy of consideration.

Detailed Design: If required, Streetbuild, in consultation with the client, will select the preferred concept and develop detailed layout drawings and specifications. A detailed narrative description of the operation and full costing will be included in a formal proposal for approval by the client. Where full project documentation already exists, Streetbuild will provide a comprehensive and competitive lump sum tender.

Construction Management: Streetbuild will then engage and manage appropriate labour and sub-contractors, purchase materials and complete all work in line with the final concept. Streetbuild will liaise regularly with the client’s representative via site meetings and construction reports.

Follow Up: Streetbuild will then conduct a post completion review with the client to evaluate the achievement of expectations and make minor adjustments, if required. Further modifications or additions may also be requested and these will be dealt with as additional items.
