Graeme Street

Graeme is the Managing Director of Streetbuild and is also the proprietor. He has over 25 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry with involvement in commercial projects up to $70 million. Before commencing Streetbuild, Graeme has worked for a diverse group of builders, Civil and Civic, Triden Contractors & New England Constructions. Since 1998 he has built up a working relationship with corporate, commercial & institutional project managers and successfully tendered numerous internal/external retail & workplace refurbishments. Graeme holds a Corporate & Personal Builders’ Licence & OH&S Certificate.

Shane Parry

Shane is our National Construction Manager, overseeing & reporting on multiple projects in NSW & QLD and providing assistance and advice to Streetbuild Site Supervisors on all areas of construction, OH&S and Contractor Management. Shane is a trade qualified Carpenter, has an Advanced Certificate in Building Supervision and is an experienced builder. He has operated his own building company and has hands on building and project experience.

Tim Gagen

Tim is a Project Manager in our Brisbane Office in Queensland. His responsibilities include: Estimating and Project Management of multiple construction and refurbishment projects in Qld and Northern NSW. Tim also provides assistance and advice to Streetbuild’s Site Supervisors on all areas of construction, OH&S and Contractor Management. Tim comes from a Trade Background thus having a total understanding of the construction industry.

Herman Monserrat

Herman is the Finance and Administration Manager. Herman is a Qualified CPA with both professional and commercial experience in a large number of businesses and Industries.

Bob Thompson

Bob is the Business Development Consultant for Streetbuild and has been associated with the company for much of its history. Bob provides broad management services and is also responsible for marketing, sales and business development.

John Twyford

John is the Chief Estimator and rejoined Streetbuild in 2005. He has over 20 years of Residential and Commercial Construction experience. John is an accomplished estimator and has project management and real estate development experience.

Tom Rayner

Tom is our Contract Administrator. He is currently studying the Bachelor of Construction Management at UWS and assists with managing projects, OH&S, programming and cost reporting. Tom has a sound knowledge of Jobpac, Buildsoft and Microsoft Project.

Myles Diehm, Ben Stupkin & Josh McBurnie

Myles (NSW) & Josh (QLD) are employed as Cadet Contract Administrator’s and Ben will start soon as a Cadet Estimator.  All three are currently studying to achieve their Bachelor of Construction Management at University. Both are well versed in the use of Jobpac, Buildsoft and Microsoft Project. All have had prior exposure to the construction industry and aspire to senior positions in Streetbuild.

John Djukic & Ryan Orsini

John, Ryan & Tim work with Streetbuild as Senior Site Supervisors. They have
years of building work experience between them and hold trade qualifications, OH&S &
First Aid Certificates. They have been supervisors on many Streetbuild projects including Dan Murphy, Telstra, Target, Coles, Woolworths and school construction projects.

Kevin Moulds, Nick Sixt, Christian Orsini, Darren Webb and Alistair Young

These are the guys that make it happen. They have all supervised numerous major fit outs and refurbishments of Telstra Stores, Targets and Woolworths and Coles Supermarkets and have carpentry & joinery / building foreman backgrounds. All carry OH&S and First Aid qualifications as well as numerous trade certificates and a sound knowledge of residential and commercial construction.  They are all equipped with laptops with mobile internet as well as multimedia enabled phones for real time conferencing and picture messaging back to their state offices from anywhere they may operating in NSW or QLD.
