    Graeme Street Managing Director

    Graeme is the Managing Director of Streetbuild and is also the proprietor. He has over 35 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry with involvement in commercial projects up to $70 million construction value. Before commencing Streetbuild, Graeme has worked for a diverse group of builders, Civil and Civic, Triden Contractors & New England Constructions.

    Since 1998 he has built up a working relationship with corporate, commercial and institutional clients and has successfully tendered, won and built hundreds of internal/external retail and workplace refurbishments.

    Graeme is the true essence of a family man and this flows through to the entire organisation. Graeme enjoys travelling with his wife Deborah, spending time with friends and family on the NSW Central Coast, fishing and boating. A staunch South Sydney Rabbitos supporter, he follows the NRL and enjoys motor sport. Graeme enjoys being in a position to sponsor many charities, both directly and through supporting the efforts of his staff and clients.

    Tim Gagen Director and State Manager, QLD

    Tim is a Director at Streetbuild as well as the State Manager in our Brisbane Office. He has been with Streetbuild for 8 years. Tim has 10 years’ experience within the commercial project areas in the industry. His responsibilities include: Leading and Managing the Streetbuild Team, overseeing the Estimating department, Project Management and Construction Management of multiple construction and refurbishment projects in QLD and Northern NSW. A qualified Carpenter, Estimator and Project Manager, Tim has proven hands on experience to deliver high quality results for our clients. Tim is a highly driven man, who loves spending time with his family and his beautiful wife, Rachael. Tim has 3 young, very energetic boys and enjoys watching them play rugby and travelling as much as they can together as a family. Tim also loves running, and swimming and in 2016 he swam across the English Channel!

    Ryan Lotz Operations Manager - NSW

    Ryan has moved through the ranks at Streetbuild from a Contract Administrator to a Project Manager and has recently been promoted to Operations Manager for NSW.  With a Bachelor of Construction Management under his belt and proficiency in using Jobpac and various Microsoft Programs, Ryan has proven invaluable in the delivery of some of Streetbuilds major projects. As an Operations Manager, Ryan is highly driven to achieve successful outcomes for our clients. In the community, Ryan is a highly regarded leader at his church – and spends time there mentoring and leading young adults. With a City to Surf under his belt, health and fitness play a huge role in his and his wife Nicole’s life. In 2017 Ryan and Nicole welcomed their first child into the world - the cutest little girl that has ever been born!

    Grant Houghton Operations Manager SA/VIC/TAS/WA

    Grant is our Operations Manager for the Southern States, which include Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia. Grant started with us in November 2017. He is a qualified Carpenter & Joiner and holds a Diploma of Building and a Diploma in Project Management. He has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry and has worked in varying types of construction, including residential construction, large commercial construction and commercial fit-out/refurbishment works. 

    We feel confident that your projects will be in very safe hands with Grant.
