Description: Fit-out of a new ALDI Store in a new development
The challenge for this new 1000m2 ALDI store was it needed to be complete in just 9 weeks.
ALDI Casey is inside a brand new development—Casey Market Town.
This was a fairly major fit-out as we had a cold shell to work with and required specific works such as cutting in new drainage, putting up a dividing block wall between back-of-house & the retail floor, office amenities, installation of mechanical , electrical, hy-draulics, plumbing, drainage, ceilings, wall linings, tiling, joinery, fit-out and painting.
Streetbuild were proud to use all local trades for this fit-out who were all professional and excellent to deal with.
Due to our project team who managed the revised, accelerated construction program incredibly well, we com-pleted the project early. However, due to the Centre Opening Schedule, we did need to wait for everyone else to open!
Our client ALDI along with INK Architects, were extremely pleased with the outcome of this store and it was a pleasure working with them.
Practical Completion 18th April 2016.
